Lock a committed volume of loans in a range of ditech note rates for specific product groups with a wide selection of delivery windows.

• Loan pricing can be determined through the daily correspondent ratesheet
• Commitments are obtained through a call to the Mandatory Desk
• Intraday, positive pricing moves are available to the client

Live Trades

Lock a committed volume of loans in a specified note rate for specific product groups with a selection of delivery windows.

• Loan pricing can be determined through a simple, ditech-specific model and live TBA pricing
• Lock a committed volume of loans in a specified note rate for specific product groups with a selection of delivery windows.
• Commitments are obtained through a call to the Mandatory Desk
• Volume delivered prior to the delivery expiration date may be eligible for early delivery commitments obtained through a call to the Mandatory Desk
• Intraday, positive pricing moves are available to the client
• Funding is performed on a flow basis as loans are reviewed and all conditions are cleared
• Volume committed but not delivered is subject to a pair off fee
